Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga, it is a raw and unadulterated yoga. This Yoga has physical postures, breathing exercises and guided meditation, you can expect that this class will work on all the levels of the being ( physical body , energetic body and the mind)
The Hatha Yoga class is suitable for all the levels of people, our trained instructors will give detailed options irrespective of your experience in yoga practice, anyone who attends this class, at the end of the class will feel the bliss irrespective of you being a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
This class usually starts with an introduction about the class the instructor will ask you for your injury history, your intention for the practice and the practice start by focusing on the breath, warmup for the whole body followed by classical sun salutation three sets.
The class will then focus on two poses each on the following categories
- Standing pose
- Standing balancing pose
- Wide leg standing pose
- Wide leg balancing poses
- Table top pose
- Seated poses
- Twisted pose
The class will then end on the sweet part of the practice guided relaxation.
