I always recommend 1000 petaled lotus of Yoga to whoever asks me for info and tips about my way to teach during my class. Dr. Kasi ( the teacher ) is very well prepared and it has a very good way to teach all his knowledge with other people. He is kind and he likes to share any news about yoga&the yoga community even after the course was finished.
